DSA & Channel Partner Lead Gurugram

The role at indiagold entails mapping every city where the company operates and driving DSA & Channel partner sign-ups across various PIN codes and catchment areas. It involves ensuring that a maximum number of partners generate business monthly, maintaining a preferred relationship with partners, crafting commercials that align with partners" interests while meeting LTV:CAC targets, enlisting existing field-force or hiring new talent for sign-ups and business, and owning the vertical P&L. The ideal candidate for this role would have 10-15 years of total experience in consumer lending or field sales in organizations with a focus on building and scaling DSA & channel partner networks. They should enjoy being in the field, meeting partners, customers, and employees to drive business growth. Additionally, they should have 5-7 years of experience as an individual contributor in direct B2C sales, a proven track record of building demand pipelines from scratch, experience in hiring, scaling, and leading field sales teams, and a background of solving challenges and scaling businesses. A graduate or postgraduate from reputable colleges, they should have a history of growth within organizations, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in handling numbers.
