Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Position Background: DRM Admin will be supporting world-wide users on Seclore DRM solution. Functional, technical and system understanding of Seclore DRM platform is needed to provide the front-line support to the users. Intermediate knowledge of Seclore DRM functional modules is needed. DRM Admin would be responsible for DRM end user support, maintenance and access policy administration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Business admin users, IT team, extended IT teams and Vendor to rollout Seclore DRM solution for new divisions
- Resolve day-to-day end user issues related to Seclore DRM issues and system setup issues
- Develop end user support procedures and support website with FAQs, How Tos, tips & tricks, etc.
- Perform unit and integration testing, debug issues, fix bugs during development and UAT
- Generate usage report from the Seclore DRM system like activity tracking, file encryption, license consumption etc.
- Maintain user account in Seclore DRM based on the permissions matrix approved by business
- Perform planning, validation and troubleshooting for software patching, maintenance activities on QA and Production environment
- Work with Seclore DRM customer support team for product issue resolution during customer concerns
- Respond to system monitoring alerts in timely manner and perform root-cause-analysis to identify the underlying reason for alerts
- Maintain system maintenance documentation, operation runbooks and architecture diagrams
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational performance issues along with Vendor, business users, extended IT teams
- Perform day-to-day system administration activities to ensure system availability for the users and sub-systems integrated with Seclore DRM solution
Required Skills:
- 2 + years of experience in configuring, troubleshooting, managing DRM solution
- 1-2 years of experience in implementing IP Security solution like Seclore DRM
- Experience on any IP Security, DLP tools for enabling data protection
- Exposure to Enovia 3DExperience 2023x is nice to have
- A technical approach with great attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and solution presentation capabilities
- Problem solving attitude with genuine concern to solve customer needs
- Ability to handle time and priorities to meet customer deliverables
- Good understanding of MS Office suite, especially MS Excel

Minimum Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE/EEE with proven track record in IT administration
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Seclore or any equivalent DRM application
- Deep understanding of the IP protection process and policies in the industry
- Certifications like CISSP is preferred but not mandatory
- Should have worked in at least one DRM project implementation
- ITIL Certification is a plus
Must be open to travel when needed
