- Contract 11 weeks
- Monday 6th October till Friday 19th December 2025
- location is based in Minchinbury, NSW
- To be considered for this position you must have Full Drivers Licence and Forklift Licence.
Key Responsibilities (not Limited To)
- Complete food deliveries in a safe and efficient way
- loading and unloading the refrigerated trucks in a safe and hygienic manner
- keeping food refrigerated and monitoring holding temperatures
- keeping trucks in a clean condition, following all road rules, speed limits and Anglicare policies and procedures
- Contributes to the effectiveness of the team of Drivers by operating in a cooperative way
- Assisting other Drivers, delivering, and unloading the appropriate food to the correct destination on time.
- Contributes to the effectiveness of food distribution process by suggesting improvements, identifying hazards
- Contributes to the development of the safety culture
About You
- Relevant NSW Driver Licence or equivalent.
- Understanding of HACCP Systems and Good Food Manufacturing Practices.
- Motivated and able to work independently
- Physically able to fulfil the requirements of the position
- Works well in a team
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Clean driving record and willingness to have a police check
- Enjoys meeting people and is community focused
- Covid19 vaccination is strongly recommended
