Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Safely drive company vehicle to transport cleaning staff, equipment, and materials to client locations.
Supervise and coordinate the deep cleaning team on-site, ensuring tasks are completed as per company standards.
Inspect sites before and after cleaning; maintain checklists and service reports.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; ensure proper loading/unloading.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel logs, and service schedules.
Communicate effectively with clients and the operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle any on-site issues or emergencies with maturity and professionalism.
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) driving license.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in driving and supervising teams (preferably in cleaning, facility management, or related fields).
Good communication and leadership skills.
Basic record-keeping and reporting ability.
Physically fit and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
Preference will be given to retired personnel (ex-servicemen, facility supervisors, or senior drivers) with relevant experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
