Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote facility management services (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, security, pest control, etc.)
Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing information on services and resolving basic queries.
Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales/operations teams.
Maintain a database of customer information, leads, and feedback.
Follow up on previous interactions to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback.
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead conversion targets.
Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM systems regularly.

Requirements:

High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages (as applicable).
Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
Prior experience in facility management or related industry is a plus.

Work Schedule:

Full-time | Monday to Saturday
Flexible timing depending on business needs

EXPERIENCE

Fresher/ 1 year experienced are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
