Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Draughtsman with strong expertise in

AutoCAD

and experience in fabrication drawings for

pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks

. The role involves preparing detailed engineering drawings, reviewing technical specifications, coordinating with internal teams/clients, and ensuring cost-effective and efficient design output as per industry standards (

ASME, API, TEMA, PED

Key Responsibilities

Prepare GA drawings, P&ID drawings, and layout drawings.
Perform designing, drafting, and detail engineering of equipment like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks.
Create and update mechanical datasheets, BOQs, and costing sheets.
Develop and check bill of materials for projects.
Review and analyze project specifications, sketches, and technical data.
Modify and revise designs to correct deficiencies or improve manufacturability.
Prepare Technical & Commercial offers.
Coordinate with internal departments and clients for design-related activities.

Key Skills

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in AutoCAD.
Experience in fabrication drawings for vessels/equipment preferred.
Good understanding of ASME / API / TEMA / PED standards.
Ability to prepare accurate engineering documentation.
Strong analytical, drafting, and cost-estimation skills.
