Job Description

.NET Technical Lead (Full Stack)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end full stack development projects using .NET and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React/Vue).
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the front and back end.
  • Guide and mentor team members through code reviews, architecture discussions, and best practices.
  • Drive design discussions and help establish coding standards.
  • Ensure software quality through automated testing, CI/CD, and code coverage practices.
  • Optimize performance and scalability of web applications.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them when appropriate.
