Lead AI Engineer

As a Lead AI Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for managing projects, clients, and teams with ease while inspiring confidence. You will have the opportunity to work with foreign clients and diverse cross-functional teams. We are seeking an individual with proven experience as an AI Developer, possessing a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms such as regression, clustering, neural networks, and decision trees. In this role, you will work with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and be proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or other languages used for AI development. Familiarity with data science libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn is essential. Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning would be a plus. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, as well as deploying AI solutions in production, is also required. Your responsibilities will include developing, training, and optimizing machine learning models and AI systems. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI models into existing applications. Building AI-powered tools, platforms, and applications will be a key part of your role. You will research and implement machine learning algorithms for classification, prediction, recommendation, and NLP, while also monitoring model performance and performing necessary tuning and updates. As a Lead AI Engineer, you will be expected to write clean, scalable, and efficient code for AI algorithms, stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and frameworks, and conduct data preprocessing and feature engineering to ensure data quality for AI applications. Troubleshooting AI-related issues, improving model accuracy, and communicating effectively with external partners, customers, and product owners will also be part of your responsibilities.
