Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Full-Stack Backend Developer (C# + Java/Scala + Azure) Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C# and ASP.NET . For Full-stack roles, work with Java/Scala for backend components and integrate with frontend as needed. Develop and deploy microservices and RESTful APIs on Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) or Kubernetes. Work with Azure cloud services including Azure Storage , CosmosDB , and other cloud-native components. Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Participate in system architecture discussions and decision-making processes. Engage in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning. Continuously learn and implement emerging technologies, including AI-based capabilities where applicable. Be flexible to work in overlapping PST hours (2-3 hours minimum). Technical Skills Required: Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Experience with Java/Scala (for full-stack role) Hands-on with Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) or Kubernetes Strong exposure to Azure platform – Azure Storage, CosmosDB Proven experience in designing and consuming REST APIs / Microservices Experience working in an MS (Microsoft) technology stack Understanding of AI concepts or a passion to learn AI-integrated solutions Soft Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication skills – verbal and written Experience with Onsite/Offshore coordination Passionate about learning new technologies and approaches Self-driven and proactive in team environments Good to Have: Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps
