This role requires a highly skilled .Net Core Architect to provide architectural leadership in designing and developing enterprise solutions, focusing on Azure native services, SQL, DevOps, and modern integration patterns. The position has a strong hands-on component (60%) and involves working with cross-functional and global teams in a hybrid setup.

Lead the architecture, prototyping (POC), design, and development of enterprise solutions covering data, applications, integrations, infrastructure, and security.
Deliver 60% hands-on technical contribution across the stack.
Execute major architecture initiatives including API, event-driven, and microservices design as per business needs.
Leverage native Azure services extensively, build and integrate solutions with strong SQL expertise, preferably on MS SQL Server, and use Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
Work closely with offshore and onshore teams, functional leads, and vendors, ensuring alignment and technical quality.
Integrate COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) applications and platforms, including experience with integration middleware.
Contribute as a developer within agile/scrum teams as needed.
Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap, defining investment and innovation priorities.
Provide solution design guidance and ensure delivery consistency with enterprise architecture standards.
Preference for professionals with React experience and exposure to NoSQL databases.
