The Innovation community was formed recently, and its initial focus is to identify new projects and innovation opportunities to pursue. One of the key initiatives is an AI‑enabled acquisition agent designed to evaluate potential acquisitions and provide recommendations on whether to move forward.

On the flip side, the team is also analyzing past acquisitions—what worked, what didn’t, and how market conditions at the time influenced outcomes. This retrospective data will help guide future acquisitions and improve results.

There are essentially two streams of work:

1. Evaluation of new opportunities – building an Agent AI solution.
2. Assessment of existing acquisitions – using machine learning to evaluate performance.
3. Both streams incorporate agentic AI capabilities.

Technical Requirements

• Full‑stack engineering, preferably full stack .NET.
• Experience working with AI models and building agentic AI solutions.
• Some Python experience is preferred, as those are the technologies they plan to use.
• Candidates should be comfortable using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation).
• Experience working with vectorized LLMs.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are extremely important.
• They need someone who can clearly articulate ideas and understand feedback.

Work Expectations

• Must overlap with U.S. hours, ideally 9–5 PM EST.
• Variations such as 8–4 PM or 7–3:30 PM EST are acceptable for the right candidate.
• Tech stack includes Blazor; React experience is acceptable.
• AI coding tools will be given instructions on which tech stack to use.
• Azure experience is a plus
