About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate

.NET Trainer

on a contractual basis to deliver high-quality online training sessions. The trainer will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering interactive .NET sessions to learners ranging from beginners to advanced professionals, depending on assigned batches.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured and engaging online training on .NET technologies, including:

C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC
.NET Framework & .NET Core
Entity Framework / EF Core
Web API / REST Services
ADO.NET
LINQ, OOP Concepts
SQL Server (basics to intermediate)
Optional: Azure / Microservices (based on project)

Develop training materials such as presentations, assignments, hands-on examples, and assessments.
Provide live coding demonstrations, real-world use case explanations, and project guidance.
Monitor learner progress and provide timely feedback, mentorship, and doubt-clearing.
Conduct assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations as per curriculum requirements.
Coordinate with the training team to ensure smooth batch management and reporting.
Stay updated with the latest .NET developments and incorporate them into training content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 3–7 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or corporate instructor (preferred).
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and modern architectural practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners at all levels.
Experience with online training platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.)
