Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work closely with the Engineering Manager, Architect, Product Manager and team. Acts with urgency and delivers high-quality work that adds value to the business, stakeholders, and customers. Works with the manager to focus on advancing team goals. Prioritizes effectively and proposes scope adjustments when necessary. Participates in core team processes and recommends improvements. Question the status quo to invigorate the team. Responds urgently to operational issues and owns resolution within scope. Is resilient, detail-oriented, and takes the initiative, especially in crises. Contributes significantly to the full software development lifecycle. Improves team processes, code, and work items. Ask questions, learn from others, and receive feedback humbly. Technology Stack : An ideal candidate should have understanding and hands-on experience with the following technologies: Experience in Microsoft Tech Stack - C#, .NET Core, .Net Framework, WEB API, ASP.NET, MVC, Webforms, SQL Server. Experience in UI- React, Next JS, HTML, CSS. Experience in cloud across different services (AWS, Azure) - AWS Preferred (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, IAM, VPC) Knowledge of designing modules and exposure to design patterns and architectures. Knowledge of deployment tools, scripting and processes - Azure Devops, GitHub Actions, YAML, PowerShell. Knowledge in observability tools like Splunk, App Dynamics Knowledge in technology and test strategy, knowledge in Unit Testing, Behavior Testing.
