This role involves a combination of field and office work on alternate days, ensuring maximum brand outreach by visiting various businesses, distributing flyers, explaining company services, collecting visiting cards, and generating leads for business growth.This position is ideal for candidates who excel in sales, networking, and client engagement while being comfortable with field operations. Key Responsibilities:Field Work (Alternate Days)Visit every nook and corner covering various businesses, including: Shops & Retail Stores: Supermarkets, Kirana stores, Convenience stores, Pharmacies, Medical stores, Ayurvedic shops, Optical stores, Clothing boutiques, Electronics stores, Bookstores, etc.Food & Beverage Outlets: Hotels, Restaurants, Street Food Stalls, Bakeries, Ice Cream Parlors, Juice Bars, Sweet Shops, Pubs, Bars, etc.Service Centers & Agencies: Real estate agencies, Insurance firms, Money Exchange Centers, Car Wash Centers, Vehicle Repair Shops, Internet Cafs, Gaming Zones, Tattoo Studios, Beauty Salons, Travel Agencies, and more.Other Commercial Businesses: Furniture stores, Electrical shops, Paint & Hardware stores, Textile & Fabric stores, Agro & Fertilizer shops, and Pet Shops.Distribute company flyers and explain a brief about RepuNEXTs services to potential business clients.Collect visiting cards from business owners for future follow-ups and tie-ups.Office Work (Alternate Days)Make follow-up calls to businesses from the collected visiting cards and convert them into potential clients.Identify and build partnerships, franchise opportunities, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).Generate new business tie-ups for expansion.Maintain records of visits, contacts, and progress in a systematic manner.Report daily and weekly progress to the Sales & Business Development team.
