Senior Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  scalable microservices

  using

  Java 17/21, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate

  .
• Build responsive, high-quality

  React and Next.js

  front-end applications.
• Implement secure and high-performance RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end systems.
  
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality code with minimal supervision.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Product Managers, and UI/UX designers.
  
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and best-practice implementation.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry standards.
  
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments with 2-week sprint cycles.
  
• Contribute to end-to-end product development, from concept to deployment.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years

  of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in

  Java 17/21

• Solid experience with

  React.js

  Next.js

  for front-end development.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, MVC architecture, and modern application design patterns.
  
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure preferred).
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and deliver high-quality solutions.
  
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes or containerized deployments.
  
• Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
  
• Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js advanced features.
  
• Exposure to DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
  
• Experience in performance tuning and application optimization.
