Job Title: .NET Developer (Backend Focus)

Location: Ahmedabad-Hybrid
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
Experience: 2-4 Years

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with strong backend development expertise and hands-on experience in Azure infrastructure. The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of Angular for secondary/front-end tasks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET / .NET Core.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and application components.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and contribute to UI integration using Angular when needed.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Work with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage Accounts, CI/CD Pipelines, etc.
• Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues and production incidents.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET / .NET Core, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Azure infrastructure (mandatory).
• Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and relational databases (SQL Server/Azure SQL).
• Good understanding of REST API development and microservices architecture.
• Working knowledge of Angular (Version X and above).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Git, branching strategies, and code versioning tools.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with message queues (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ).
• Understanding of clean architecture and design patterns.
• Exposure to cloud security best practices.

Education

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
