Job Description

Trianz is seeking a .NET Core Developer who designs, builds and maintains scalable applications using the Microsoft .NET framework and related technologies like C# and to deliver reliable,high performance solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers (with .NET Core / MVC / Web API and/or Node.js) to design, develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web and backend applications including both traditional and cloud-native, serverless or microservices-based architectures.
Translate business requirements into technical architecture and design for both .NET-based services and AWS-based microservices/serverless components (e.g. using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQL Server or other relevant databases).
Ensure code quality, application performance, scalability, reliability, and adherence to best practices and design patterns whether in .NET or Node.js serverless/microservices contexts.
Mentor and coach team members ( ior and mid-level developers), conduct code reviews, share knowledge of both .NET and Node.js + AWS/serverless best practices, and promote consistent standards across technologies.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders, coordinate across teams (frontend, QA, DevOps), plan releases and integration, and ensure smooth deployment, especially in distributed microservices / cloud-native environments.
Maintain up-to- knowledge of evolving technologies cloud services (AWS), serverless frameworks, microservices design, database technologies (SQL Server, NoSQL like DynamoDB), and guide adoption of appropriate tools and architecture for the organization s needs.

Work Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad (Hybrid mode)

Work Timings: 2PM to 11PM
