Job Description

Job Title : UI/UX DesignerExperience : 3 to 5 YearsLocation : Remote / ChennaiJoining : Immediate

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented - UI/UX Designer- with 3-5 years of experience to craft intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring design concepts to life. This role is open to candidates who can join - immediately- and are open to - remote work- or - based in Chennai- .

Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
  • Ensure consistency in design language, style guides, and branding across all platforms.
  • Translate concepts into user flows, customer journey maps, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across different platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Have

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Prior experience in startup or product-based environments.
