Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers
Address queries, complaints, and service issues promptly
Provide accurate product/service information
Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
Record and update customer details in the system
Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution rate, and CSAT
Experience: 0 to 2 years in BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process
Strong communication skills in English + Hindi (preferred)
Comfortable working in rotational day shifts
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
