Job Title: Business Development Manager – Domestic IT Staffing (Direct Clients)

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong expertise in Domestic IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have direct client acquisition/empanelment experience and a proven track record of building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard direct clients (no prime vendors).
• Build and maintain client relationships for staffing and workforce solutions.
• Work closely with delivery/recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements.
• Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve revenue and placement targets.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of proven experience in Domestic IT staffing business development.
• Strong network of direct client contacts in India.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,644.67 - ₹59,082.22 per month
