Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales

Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve domestic revenue targets across regions and verticals.
Identify growth opportunities in existing and new industrial segments.
Monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and conversion ratios.

Branch

Lead and support the performance of regional branches across India.
Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of 60+ direct sales and service engineers.
Drive training, talent development, and performance culture across all regions.

Customer

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, EPCs, OEMs, and channel partners.
Actively participate in client meetings, technical discussions, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and key forums.

Cross-Functional

Coordinate closely with application engineering, product design, operations, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide regular market feedback to the leadership team for product development and competitive positioning.

Sales

Oversee CRM, sales reporting, forecasting, and market intelligence systems.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of KPIs, sales performance, and regional activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in selling engineered products (preferably rotating equipment, seals, or mechanical systems).
Strong understanding of Indian industrial markets and customer landscape.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team- building skills.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively across India.
