Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across various domains (IT/Non-IT/Industry-specific).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to gain a deeper understanding of their hiring needs and timelines.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Regularly manage and update recruitment reports and documentation.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in
