Job Description

Designation: Recruiting Consultant Reporting : Head- Talent Acquisition Experience: 1 - 3 Years. Shift: 9:00 AM IST to 6:00 PM IST. Location : Sector-68, Noida, U.P, India (On-Site) Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and placements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to improve processes. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in domestic recruitment or a related field . Strong understanding of the IT and NON-IT services & consulting industry. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and candidates. Ability to work independently from the office setup Should have experience in recruiting firms or recruiting consultancies Should have excellent knowledge in both IT and Engineering roles The candidate should be available for an on-site interview. It will take a maximum of 2-3 hrs (2 PM - 5 PM).
