Job Description

We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters and Domestic IT Recruiters

Exp : 2-5 Years

Location :

Contact :

For US IT Recruiter: ( 6:00 PM TO 3:00 AM IST)

Hands-on experience in recruiting candidates on
W2 (60 - 80%)
,
C2C (20 - 30%)
, and
1099
tax terms.
Should have solid knowledge of sourcing
H1B, H1 Transfer, GC, Citizens, TN & EAD
profiles.
Experience working with direct clients, implementation partners, and VMS requirements.
Strong understanding of US Time Zones, work authorization types, and market trends.
Experience in negotiating pay rates, closing offers, and candidate relationship management.
Experience working with
Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn
, and internal ATS.

For Domestic IT Recruiter: ( 1:00 PM TO 10:00 PM IST)

Source and screen candidates for IT roles across India.
End-to-end recruitment process including screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
Use platforms like
Naukri, LinkedIn, and social media
to attract suitable candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers and understand technical requirements.

Required Skills

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Must be target-driven and result-oriented.
Willingness to work onsite from our Hyderabad office.
