Domestic / Offshore IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Identify and source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
Maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across various technologies and domains.
Negotiate salary and other employment terms with candidates.
Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process by scheduling interviews and following up with candidates.
Stay updated with industry trends and hiring practices.

Key Requirements:

Experience:
1-3 years of IT recruitment experience in domestic or offshore hiring.
Education:
Bachelors degree in any field (preferably B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or MBA-HR).
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of IT skills, technologies, and industry trends.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sourcing Skills:
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and direct sourcing.
Negotiation Skills:
Strong ability to negotiate compensation and employment terms.
Work Ethic:
Target-driven and able to handle multiple hiring assignments efficiently.
