Domestic It Recruiter (immediate joiners preferred)

Job Summary:

Domestic IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies and domains.
  
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Handle C2C and C2H hiring models efficiently, ensuring compliance with organizational and client policies.
  
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and technical fit.
  
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client technical panels.
  
• Negotiate compensation, billing rates, and contractual terms with candidates and vendors.
  
• Build a strong pipeline of IT professionals across multiple skill sets.
  
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships for candidate sourcing and C2C engagement.
  
• Track and manage the recruitment process through ATS or Excel-based trackers.
  
• Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
  

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in

  domestic IT recruitment

  with a focus on

  C2C and C2H hiring

  .
• Excellent understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Testing, Cloud, SAP, Salesforce, Cybersecurity etc.).
  
• Experience working with third-party vendors and subcontractors.
  
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Has good skills on MS office
  
• Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  
• Experience working in a staffing/recruitment consultancy or IT services company.
  
• Familiarity with contract hiring models and employment laws in India.
