Job Description

About the Role:

Salesforce IT Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities for Salesforce implementation, customization, integration, and managed services.
Engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to understand their needs and propose Salesforce-based solutions.
Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and conduct client presentations and demos.
Work with technical pre-sales and delivery teams to create solution roadmaps and pricing models.
Maintain a robust pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.
Stay updated on Salesforce product updates, trends, and competitors.
Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in IT sales, with a strong focus on Salesforce ecosystem solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas as an individual contributor.
Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
Experience selling to enterprise and mid-market clients.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen with a consultative sales approach.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder) are a plus.

Nice to Have:

Experience working in a Salesforce consulting partner or system integrator environment.
Familiarity with industry-specific Salesforce solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).
Understanding of project delivery methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
