Job Summary:

We are looking for a Domestic IT Recruiter at Codeforce 360 to join our recruitment team and help drive end-to-end hiring processes for domestic staffing needs. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates across various industries, along with a strong understanding of the Indian job market and recruitment trends.

This role provides an opportunity to work with a fast-paced team, interact with clients, and help place the right talent in the right roles while maintaining high hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and screen qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to match candidates with job requirements
• Strong experience in sourcing candidates using job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.).
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data needs
• Work on multiple job openings across IT and other industries
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring expectations.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases for effective candidate management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring guidelines throughout the recruitment process.

Education & Preferred Skills:

• Bachelors degree, MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field is preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in Domestic Staffing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with candidates and clients. Strong understanding of job market trends, industry hiring needs, and recruitment best practice.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.

Experience using ATS/CRM tools for candidate tracking and management. Self-motivated and target-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
