Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashik for a Domestic IT and Non-IT Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, managing job postings, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs. The role involves ensuring a positive candidate experience, maintaining a talent pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to meet staffing goals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles.
• Proficiency in utilizing job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks for recruitment efforts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple hiring requests simultaneously.
• Organizational skills and experience in maintaining candidate databases and trackers.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
