Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Should have experience in end-to-end IT Recruitment/Technical Recruitment from Staffing/consulting.
Well-versed with IT Terminologies, Full time / C2H
Should be aware of the process of Recruiting, searching, scheduling interviews, negotiation salary, and closing.
Responsible for sourcing and screening profiles through various job portals (LinkedIn, Monster, Naukri, Jobsites, etc.)
Collecting requirements from respective Team Lead/Account Manager.
Coordinating with the interview panel for Telephone and Personal Interviews.
Negotiating salaries and closing the requirement as well as follow up till the joining.

Qualifications:

Must have a bachelor's degree in business or a related course of study.
5+ years of recruiting experience driving the full recruitment lifecycle.
Experience leading or managing a team as a player-coach.
Exceptional ability to build strong stakeholder relationships through commitment to client service and delivery.
Strong ability to think strategically in a fast-paced, competitive environment with team members and hiring teams.
Good understanding of Boolean Operators and sourcing using Boolean strings.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Must have excellent computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
