Job Description

As a Domain Trainee in Brokerage & Binding (Process Trainer) at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in facilitating training sessions to ensure smooth knowledge transfer during transitions. Your responsibility includes enhancing the team's understanding of commercial insurance principles through engaging sessions. Quality audits and constructive feedback will be essential tools in driving continuous performance improvement among team members. In this role, you will act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless updates and timely responses to client inquiries. Maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and processes will be a key aspect of your duties. Administering monthly process knowledge assessments and identifying training needs to address skill gaps effectively are also part of your responsibilities. Your qualifications should include a graduation degree in any stream except B. Tech and Technical Graduation & Law. Relevant work experience in the US property and casualty insurance lifecycle, along with essential skills such as having an Insurance Certification like AINS, strong knowledge of audit processes, and exceptional communication skills will be advantageous. Technical skills required for this role include a strong understanding of insurance concepts, hands-on experience in insurance brokerage and binding activities, proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Automate, and other productivity tools. Your collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and dedication to achieving excellence will contribute to your success in this position.
