  • This role calls for a strong combination of technical acumen, delivery governance, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills to drive successful outcomes across multiple functional workstreams.
  • While it does not involve direct product development responsibilities, it requires a solid technical foundation to manage and deliver challenging projects.

  • Working closely with Solution Architects to drive timely creation of HLD/LLD; facilitate design discussions, ensuring Dev and QA teams fully understand scope and requirements.
  • Partner with Dev and QA Leads to track coding practices, code reviews, builds, unit tests, automation coverage, and maintain RTM; ensure secure, high-quality, and timely releases.
  • Act as the single point of contact for project communications; publish dashboards and reports; manage internal resources; proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues across all stages
  • Plan and manage environment-wise deployments, validate readiness, establish rollback procedures, and coordinate seamless handover with documentation and sign-offs.

Qualifications

You-Have

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline with 12+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in technical project, program, or delivery management roles.
