Documentation Specialist

You will be joining our team as a Documentation Specialist, where your primary responsibility will involve creating, editing, and managing high-quality documentation to support internal teams and external stakeholders. Your role will require exceptional writing skills, a solid grasp of document control processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments. Your key responsibilities will include creating, reviewing, editing, and maintaining technical documents, user manuals, SOPs, FAQs, and training materials. You will ensure that all documentation maintains consistency, clarity, and accuracy. Additionally, you will be managing document templates, style guides, and document control systems. Collaboration with subject matter experts, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather content and clarify documentation needs will be crucial. You will also be responsible for maintaining version control and ensuring timely updates of all documents. Compliance with regulatory and industry standards will be essential. Furthermore, you will support knowledge management initiatives by organizing and categorizing documents effectively and assist in formatting and publishing documents using various tools such as MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Confluence, SharePoint, etc. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Information Management, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in documentation, content writing, or technical writing roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as proficiency in documentation tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Suite, Confluence, or other document management systems. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences are key attributes. Familiarity with version control systems and knowledge management best practices would be advantageous.,
