Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Documentation Officer located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Documentation Officer will be responsible for managing and organizing documentation processes, including handling export documentation and ensuring adherence to relevant compliance requirements. Daily tasks will include maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring seamless document management to support business operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Documentation and Document Management processes
• Experience with Export Documentation and compliance protocols
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of export operations and international trade practices
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency with relevant software tools and systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechinal/ Elecrtical engineering is preferred
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical machine manufacturing industry is a plus
