Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, manage, and maintain all documentation required for operations (invoices, records, forms, reports, contracts, etc.) Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely filing of documents—both digital and hard copies Coordinate with internal teams and customers for documentation requirements Assist customers with queries related to documents, processes, or account details Verify documents for errors and make necessary corrections Handle documentation flow efficiently and maintain proper records Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and in-person Update databases, trackers, and logs regularly Support the team with administrative tasks as required RequirementsPrior experience in documentation and customer service Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Good communication skills (verbal & written) Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, data entry) Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Professional and customer-friendly attitude
