Core Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the meticulous handling and submission of student application files, with a special focus on programs in the healthcare sector:

1. CCM Documentation: Collect, verify, and process all documents for applications to Certificate in Care Management (CCM) programs abroad.

2. Placements Documentation: Manage all paperwork related to nursing jobs & placements

3. File Compliance: Ensure absolute accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all files to meet the strict requirements of universities and visa authorities.

4. Data Management: Maintain organized physical and digital records and update application statuses accurately in internal systems.

Mandatory Requirements

• English Proficiency: High standard of written and verbal English skills.
• Organizing Skill: Exceptional ability to manage large volumes of critical documents without error.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Typing Speed: Decent typing speed for efficient data entry and file preparation.
• Attention to detail : Cross check all details before submission and maintain accuracy and clarity
