Documentation Executive

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Documentation Executive. The primary responsibilities include preparing and managing export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate and organized records. The role also involves coordinating with teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless communication and handling of export-related processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Export Documentation and expertise in managing Document Management systems.
• Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience in Export processes and documentation requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for documentation and record maintenance.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and procedures is a plus
