Documentation Executive - Customer Service

As a Documentation Executive in the logistics sector at VS Trans Lojistik Pvt. Ltd., your role involves preparing and managing export/import documentation in compliance with regulatory and company requirements. You will be responsible for scanning, verifying, and maintaining shipping and logistics documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and packing lists. Additionally, you will coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure timely movement and clearance of shipments. Your key responsibilities also include responding to document-related queries from the customer service team and ensuring documentation accuracy and completeness to avoid delays or compliance issues. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and manage export/import documentation in compliance with regulatory and company requirements - Scan, verify, and maintain shipping and logistics documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and packing lists - Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure timely movement and clearance of shipments - Respond to document-related queries from the customer service team and provide accurate and timely support - Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness to avoid delays or compliance issues Qualifications Required: - 03 years of relevant experience (freshers with good Excel skills also welcome) - Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation - Good communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel In addition to the above responsibilities, you will work full-time from 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday at the Jaipur office. Immediate joiners are preferred, and the work location is Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The salary offered is INR 25,000 per month with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
