Documentation Executive - Customer Service

You are looking for a Documentation Executive in the Logistics sector to join VS Trans Lojistik Pvt. Ltd. located in Jaipur. As a Documentation Executive, your main responsibility will be to prepare and manage export/import documentation in compliance with both regulatory and company requirements. This includes scanning, verifying, and maintaining shipping and logistics documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and packing lists. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure timely movement and clearance of shipments. Responding to document-related queries from the customer service team and providing accurate and timely support will also be part of your role. It is crucial to maintain documentation accuracy and completeness to avoid delays or compliance issues. To be considered for this position, you should ideally possess 0-3 years of relevant experience, although freshers with good Excel skills are also welcome. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, good communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, are some of the key requirements for this role. The working hours for this position are from 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday. Immediate joiners are preferred, and the work location is Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
