Document Production Specialist

• A Document Production Specialist creates, formats, and edits documents, presentations, and spreadsheets with a focus on accuracy and high-quality output. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to brand standards and quality control, managing workflow and deadlines, and performing tasks like mail merges, data entry, and document conversions. This role requires strong technical skills in office software, excellent attention to detail, and good organizational abilities.

• Document creation and formatting: Create, format, and edit various documents, including presentations, spreadsheets, and reports, using company templates and brand guidelines.
• Quality assurance: Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency, and edit documents for spelling and grammar.
• Workflow and time management: Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and track project status.
• Technical tasks: Handle tasks such as document conversions, mail merges, data entry, and creating tables of contents and cross-references.
• File management: Organize, archive, and retrieve electronic files according to established protocols.
• Collaboration: Work with other teams to understand project requirements and communicate project scope. Essential skills
• Technical proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Accuracy and attention to detail: A high degree of precision in typing, proofreading, and formatting.
