Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Document Control Lead to manage document control and information across two major capital projects. As SME for document management, you'll use Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) as the CDE, ensuring ISO 19650 compliance, collaboration, and accurate info flow to reduce risks and enhance project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead document control operations across programmes.
• Administer ACC (config, permissions, workflows, metadata).
• Develop procedures, templates, and naming conventions per ISO 19650.
• Control, version, and archive all project docs (drawings, specs, reports).
• Train users on ACC and best practices.
• Monitor compliance via audits and reports.
• Oversee Document Controllers for consistency.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals, and issue cycles.
• Provide KPI reports and liaise with teams (IM, PMO, IT).

Essential Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth ACC or similar CDE knowledge (e.g., Asite, Aconex).
• ISO 19650 and BIM expertise.
• Proven experience in document control on capital projects.
• Skills in metadata, workflows, permissions, repoand rting.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel/Power BI desirable.
• Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

• HNC/HND or Degree in Construction/Engineering/Info Management.
• Certifications: BRE ISO 19650, ACC Admin, etc.
• Membership in CIAT, APM, ICE, etc.
• Experience in major capital projects.
