Site QA/QC Manager mundra 8 - 13 years INR 8.5 - 14.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Job Description: The company is looking for a site QA/QC Manager to join their team in Mundra. As a QA/QC Manager, you will be responsible for overall quality assurance & control related compliances for all GBL projects. Looking for: immediate joiner Duties and Responsibilities: Preparation of Project Inspection Test Plan, Method Statements and QC Procedures according to scope of work and tender documents. Preparation of WPS, PQR, WQT, project quality plans, QA/QC procedures and liaise with the client for timely approval of the same. Facilitate inspections during procurement and construction phase of the project as per requirement not limited to reviewing documentation as per specifications, supervising fit-up, welding consumables, welding process etc. Witness and monitor the site inspection activities and review the daily inspection reports. Preparation/ review of NDT and PWHT procedures, Material Certificates and Equipment Test Certificates. (FAT) Liaise with project HO & site team, Sub-Contractors & Client Representatives and to lead a team of qualified QC Engineers/inspectors at site. Monitor Welder repair rate and NDT % coverage for welding as per client requirement. Maintain all Quality Related Documents and prepare final dossiers of the project. Resolution of NCR issues during construction phase . Organize and Coordinate for PWHT, NDT and PMI as and when required. Assist in preparation of punch list, remarks and red mark up for as built drawing to construction team. Witness Paint/holiday test, Pneumatic/ Hydro pressure Test. Monitor and witness welding parameters for the processes such as SMAW, GTAW, GMAW & SAW as applicable. RT films interpretation and reports review as per project specification and standard. Witness pneumatic, hydro test etc. as per the specification and client requirements. Witness mechanical testing as applicable (Tensile, Impact, Hardness, Elongation, Chemical (spectro) & micro test). Conducting the periodic audits to identify the weaknesses in process and coordinate for corrective actions with process owners for improvement as well as investigations & compliance review Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in mechanical. 9-10 years of experience in a QA/QC environment in the field of construction of API 650/620 tanks , pipelines and structural works , with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Prior experience in Tank Fabrication and pipeline projects. Good time management and planning skills Organisational skills. Methodological approach High attention to detail Excellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of MS Office Ability to remain calm under pressure. Should be able to work as part of a team. Good oral/written communication skills and ability to explain & convince the client / TPI Shared bachelor accommodation & local transport to the site will be provided by the company

Job Description: The company is looking for a Document Controller to join their project team located in Hazira. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for receipt, storage and distribution of all project documents for our company. You will also ensure proper labelling/ numbering, and accessibility to requisite project team & client team as per the communication matrix. Looking For: immediate joiners Duties and Responsibilities: • Prepare, update and maintain Document Control Index (DCI) consisting of all documents for client submission & approval in consultation with the project team. • Create company login credentials in client portal. • Review and understand the document control procedures laid down by the client and ensure compliance to the same. • Receive commented documents from client and distribute to the requisite project personnel as per the communication matrix • Ensure that the revised documents are submitted as per the DCI and having correct document number and revision. • Upload revised documents to client for approval in the online portal. • Maintain a record of revision and approved documents periodically. • Coordinate with client document control department for ensuring receipt of documents submitted for approval. • Ensure proper organization and security of documents (paper and electronic). • Make available, notify and distribute documents to relevant recipients. • Collaborate and communicate with HO and project execution teams. Requirements and Qualifications: • Prior experience in managing client portals like ARIBA or any other cloud-based portal etc. • 5+ years of relevant experience • Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, adobe reader etc. • Detail-oriented and meticulous work ethic • Extremely organized and efficient • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Bachelors degree Shared bachelor accommodation & local transport to the site will be provided by the company.
