Role Overview

Doctor (Allopathy MBBS or Ayurveda/Siddha PG in Surgery)

This role goes beyond conventional practice—it’s about becoming part of a shared journey. You’ll work closely with our lead doctor, assisting in surgeries, seeing patients in OPD, and contributing to ongoing education, research, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Surgical Assistance

• Assist in minor and major surgeries as per specialty and training (structured training will be provided if needed).

• Consultations (OPD & IPD)

• Conduct outpatient consultations and inpatient care with an emphasis on listening, personalized care, and integrative approaches.

• Follow-up & Patient Management

• Support patient care from admission to discharge with focus on continuity and compassion.

• Academic & Educational Engagement

• Participate in discussions, case reviews, teaching sessions, journal clubs, and ongoing training.

• Clinical Documentation

• Maintain clean, thoughtful patient records that reflect both technical accuracy and clinical insight.

• Holistic Collaboration

• Work with other practitioners (across Allopathy, Ayurveda, Siddha, and allied therapies) in a team that values cross-disciplinary learning.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• Allopathy:

  MBBS only | Valid registration with relevant Medical Council

• Ayurveda:

  MD/MS (Surgery) after BAMS | Valid registration with relevant Council

• Siddha:

  MD/MS (Surgery) after BSMS | Valid registration with relevant Council

Experience:

• 0–5 years (fresh, driven graduates welcome if aligned with our ethos)

Mindset:

• Commitment to long-term collaboration

• Values cleanliness, nature, and mindful practice

Bonus Skills:

• Basic surgical skills
• Familiarity with EMRs or adaptability
