Job Description

As a DMM (Accessories) at a Multinational Buying house in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for sourcing accessories and managing a team effectively. Your main responsibilities will include: - Strong experience across various accessories such as: - Bags & Carriers: Handbags, Wallets, Backpacks, Luggage. - Fashion Essentials: Belts, Scarves, Hats, Gloves, Ties. - Additional Items: Socks, Neck Pillows, Travel Accessories. - Proficiency in Excel, PLM & ERP tools. - Familiarity with US, UK & EU buyers and sustainable sourcing practices. - Managing product development from concept to shipping while ensuring quality control. - Reviewing tech packs & buyer briefs, coordinating sampling & factory selection. - Leading cost negotiations, margin management & ensuring commercial viability. Qualifications required for this role: - 12-18 years of experience in accessories sourcing, apparel sourcing, buying offices, or manufacturing. - At least 5 years of experience in a team leader role.
