As a Hotel Contracting Manager at Etrav, you will play a crucial role in managing hotel partnerships and contracting across Thailand, Dubai, Bali, and Vietnam. Your deep understanding of international markets, strong supplier network, and negotiation skills will be key to securing the best deals and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and onboard hotel partners in Thailand, Dubai, Bali, and Vietnam - Negotiate competitive rates, special offers, and added-value services - Manage seasonal rate sheets, contracts, and terms effectively - Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships - Ensure timely renewals and compliance with contracting standards - Monitor supplier performance and service levels - Collaborate with product, operations, and sales teams for supply-demand alignment - Conduct regular destination visits for relationship building and sourcing - Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to maintain competitive pricing **Requirements:** - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in hotel contracting or travel procurement - Strong supplier network and market knowledge in Southeast Asia and the Middle East - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills - Understanding of FIT and group travel segments - Proficiency in rate loading formats, seasonal pricing structures, and contract negotiation - Willingness to travel extensively across assigned destinations - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and contract systems If you have experience in B2B travel or OTA environments, multilingual skills, a strong commercial mindset, and attention to detail, it would be considered as preferred qualities for this role.
