ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

• Manufacturing Operations

Oversee end-to-end investment casting processes: core making, wax room, shell room, melting, pouring, post-processing, and inspection. Develop and implement standardized work procedures and best practices for stainless steel (17-4 PH) castings.

• Metallurgy & Process Control

Manage metallurgical integrity and casting quality through rigorous process monitoring and data-driven improvement. Analyze trial results, interpret metallurgical data, and implement improvements to achieve desired mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy.

• Quality & Compliance

Ensure adherence to AS9100 and NADCAP standards. Drive system audits, close NCRs with effective countermeasures, and ensure zero customer complaints.

• Performance & Cost Management

Achieve production targets and deliver cost reductions as per annual plans. Monitor delivery performance, yield, rejection rates, and continuously drive process optimization.

• Leadership & Continuous Improvement

CANDIDATE PROFILE SHOULD BE AS FOLLOWS :-

• Minimum 10 years in stainless steel investment casting, preferably for aerospace or high-precision engineering applications.
• Deep process knowledge in core making, wax room, shell room, pouring, post-processing, and inspection.
• Strong understanding of metallurgy, particularly stainless steels and 17-4 PH grades.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP processes and requirements.
• Degree in Metallurgy / Metallurgical Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering with strong metallurgical experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and establish a new manufacturing operation.
• Full-time, factory-based position
• Knowledge of Nickel based super alloys is a bonus
