Diversity Hiring Sales & Marketing (International Sales) | 01 Years Experience Only We are hiring passionate and driven individuals to join our Sales & Marketing International Sales team. This opportunity is part of our Diversity Hiring initiative and is strictly open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience. As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will focus on lead generation through market research, LinkedIn/email outreach, and early-stage lead qualification. Over time, the role will evolve to include product presentations and direct client engagement. Key Responsibilities Reach out to prospective clients via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls (only if required). Identify key decision-makers and introduce our products/services effectively. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and maintain accurate CRM records. Follow up with prospects and nurture engagement through calls and emails. Meet or exceed lead generation targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Coordinate with the sales team for seamless lead handovers. Continuously update and maintain prospect data and contact information. Requirements Experience: 0 to 1 year only. Anyone with more than 1 year of experience, please do not apply. LinkedIn profile is mandatory. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), with minimal native language influence. Confident handling of objections and maintaining professionalism on calls. Willingness to work in US/UK/International time zones. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Knowledge of additional languages (foreign or Indian) is an added advantage. Good academic scores are a plus.
