Position Title Embedded System Engineer
Purpose of the Position Knowledgeable & experience person for Embedded system design considering overall system requirements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Accountabilities Responsibilities
1 Software Architecture Development & Requirement finalisation. Responsible to finalize overall System Architecture & system requirements for various projects based on scope of work & customer requirement.
2 Electronics Design a. Subsystem Design considering stringent Military Standards.
b. Electronic card development using ORCAD 16.6 & Proteus. c. ARM Cortex / PIC microcontroller based intelligent cards with Analog & digital circuits. d. Interface with devices/systems on various communication protocols (RS232, RS485, RS422, MIL 1553, SSI, SPI, I2C etc.) e. Design of Power supply modules/cards. f. Enclosure design with Environmental, Thermal & EMI/EMC considerations g. Environmental test standards (JSS55555, MIL STD 810G) h. EMI/EMC Standards (MIL STD 461 E/F) i. Selection of Variable frequency drives, motors etc. j. Selection of MIL grade components, connectors, cables, sensors etc. k. Efficient code writing in C, C++ for various Windows/Linux/RTOS based systems.
3 Prototype testing & Validation Troubleshooting embedded systems and microcontroller peripherals, integrated testing & system validation. 4 Design Documentation Creation of design documents like BOM, Wiring chart, Test Plan, General arrangement (AUTOCAD), Assembly Instructions etc.
Use of Product lifecycle management software (Teamcentre, Enovia, PTC Windchill etc.)

2. Timely completion 3. Smooth & reliable conduct of FAT's, SAT's etc. 4. Ability to resolve run time issues in complex systems
Education Mtech/ME/BE/ BTech Electronics/Electrical Experience 8-10 years post qualification experience in embedded system design in any project based company.
