Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and inclusive Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on recruiting individuals with disabilities (PWD). This role involves sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with disability organizations, colleges, and advocacy groups to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Design and implement accessible recruitment processes.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate PWD candidates for open roles.
• Track recruitment metrics focused on disability inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years of recruiting experience; PWD hiring experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accessibility tools and inclusive hiring practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to DEI values.
