Role & responsibilities

As a District Manager, you will independently drive Merils complete product portfolio within your designated district.

You will be responsible for:

• Establishing Distribution Networks: Identify, appoint, and manage local distributors and channel partners.
• Hospital & Lab Coverage: Regularly visit private hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and diagnostic labs to create awareness and generate demand.
• Product Promotion & Sales Closure: Conduct technical discussions, demos, and follow-through to closure of sales.
• Cross-Divisional Coordination: Act as a single-point Meril representative handling all verticals, ensuring brand alignment across categories.
• Market Intelligence: Identify potential opportunities for expansion.

Preferred candidate profile:-

Local resident of the district

Budget: 4-6 lakhs per annum (exceptions can be looked into case to case basis)

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Pharma/Sutures/Diagnostics/Trauma companies/Cardio/Ortho Companies

Stable profile with minimal job hops.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently.
• Strong understanding of hospital procurement and distribution processes.

• Education: Graduate in Science/Pharma/Biotech or related field.
